I spent 26 years in senior leadership roles across global financial services and insurance organizations, including CMO, CFO, and enterprise leadership positions, where I led large teams, owned P&L, and worked across complex, matrixed environments. My work sat at the intersection of strategy and execution, with constant pressure to deliver. I saw how capable leaders become overextended, how decisions slow, and how performance starts to erode. Today, I coach organizations and their leaders to strengthen clarity, ownership, and execution in ways that sustain performance over time.
